Edelbrock designed this 60435 BBC Performer RPM High Compression Cylinder Head for 396-502 Big Block Chevy engines. This Semi-Open chamber Oval Port cylinder head is perfect for street performance, daily drivers, street rods as well as muscle cars where seat-of-the-pants performance is needed. This cylinder head delivers great throttle response as well as power from 1500 to 6500 rpm.

Fully threaded inserts for the rocker studs and exhaust manifold bolt holes deliver strength as well as durability, and the machined valve cover rail produces an optimum gasket sealing surface.

This complete cylinder head includes guide plates, rocker studs, springs for hydraulic roller cams, bronze valve guides, hardened seats as well as high-quality stainless steel valves for direct bolt-on application.
